Trained in Public Art and Design at Chelsea School of Art in London, Bella left her native England in 1996 to work her way around the world as a mural artist, leaving her unique mark throughout Europe, Australia and the Americas. Arriving on Roatan in 2001 she fell in love with the island and its people and has called it home ever since. You can see her murals adorning many of the walls here on Roatan, as well as a huge three storey mural at the University in Tegucigalpa, commissioned by the UN and the Ministry of Culture.
Bella draws on her experience as a dive master, sailor and traveler to evoke beautiful, often abstract images of the underwater and natural world. Her love of nature and the color and vibrancy of the tropics are reflected in her striking and unique style. Her work can be found in private collections worldwide and she regularly exhibits internationally.
